Ive been here long enough to realize the importance of owning your own tools and using critical thinking skills instead of relying on these pollywogs.

Euro Motors corrected the problem. Found a pump from UAS on ebay for $70, they said it was bench tested so i ordered. Breakdown of the parts that fixed the problem:
maf sensor $230(Installed myself)
oil filler tube $130
aos $160
secondary air pump $70
labor was about $290.

after watching countless videos i ended up realizing this job is not hard. The pump is easy to get to, and can even be cleaned if not broken or worn out. The aos takes a little time but can be done without removing the engine. Mine was gunked up. It looked really gross. I could of got the oil filler tube alot cheaper, but that part and the aos were directly from porsche and in stock. No misfires, no problems, No CEL, and the car runs great. Couldnt ask for a better way to spend my weekend, cruising in a 911. Only disappointment i have is before i had misfires issues my own scanner actually pointed out that the AOS and air pump were recently reported. Trust your tools! i have a spark plug, coil pack, and computer if anyone is interested.
