Default Help! Rear shelf w/Bose removal

If searched and can't find a good write up. Bentley manual has no info for the Bose option.
I see tabs (4) in the carpet but can't get the rear ones off (feels like they'll break)

Id say its a very similar if not exactly the same as the 997 Bose sub removal procedure:

1. Pull out the two "Bose" plastic port enclosures=left
2. Use a torx driver to remove the torx screw on each port=left
3. Slide the entire back panel forward=left
4. Unclip the wires to the sub woofer=left
=left
Be careful not to break the tabs on the plastic port enclosures

Is there a trick to getting the ports out without breaking them?

Mine come off with no problem. I've done it many times, as I have to remove the sub-woofer to get to the adjustment for the rear dampers. Just pull forward gently and they should release.

Not too sure - I guess its like with every single other plastic component - pull and pray... When its almost about to break it comes out and you look for broken tabs and if there aren't any you got lucky!

I have never had to remove the "rear seat receivers".

I have to keep mine out.
The Dassport Roll Bar, mounts to strut towers and doubles as a strut brace.
Makes car very rigid, but stereo doesn't sound very good.
