Headlight customization

Does anyone know of a person or company who will do headlight customization?
the gentleman in Canada has not responded to email so I believe I will need to find an alternative resource.
I am in Massachusetts in case that matters.

I have a 99 egg style on a polar silver car. They are just kind of blah. I have seen a few upgrades done. I am talking about the full set. New lights, paint. Customize them by someone who knows wht they are doing and have done it before. I don’t mind paying a fair price either.
