Refinished on the car wheels
Before looks good from 10 ft
For my daily and much loved C4S her OEM finished wheels were showing their age. Stylewhise replacement of these TechnoTwists was not an option for me.
I asked around and these guys local in Daytona and Orlando Florida came highly recommended
here are before and after shots.
my car is a 2003 C4S lowered H&R springs Bilstein R8 shocks LED tail lamps with a blacked out rear center reflector

Closeup Of the painted clearcoat smoked
gun metal finish
pictures are a pain to load here so I’m just going to describe he works in the trailer sanded repair scratches then masked the center caps
they use automotive grade black base then silver then clearcoat and then heat lamp they have a superstrong super pretty finish
i’m not promoting a vendor I don’t think there a sponsor here
I’m just a satisfied customer my wheels came in at about $175 per
he also did a matte black finish on the inside of the barrels them selves

Great job! For $175 per wheel, that was a great deal. And, they look awesome on the black car. You should consider getting the smoked tail lights and markers to match. And, there is a company that offer smoked vinyl overlays for the front headlights too. That would be bad to the bone!

Nice! I think that looks awesome on a black car. I was considering doing the same thing myself, but I didn't like the looks of the dark wheels on a silver car. I ended up going a different route with the Sport Techno's. Polished lip and center with a black metallic paint for inside of the spokes. I haven't been able to get a good photograph of it yet and it is now away for the winter, but I thought I'd share as an alternative option to gunmetal for a silver car.

How durable is the paint? I have a set of technotwists and a finish like yours could make me like them better. I bounce between these wheels and a set of Kinesis rims.
