Default The Solution - installed pics

Picked up the car yesterday. Just had the IMS Solution installed. I had never seen a pic before I had it installed. I decided to post a pic.

The white paint marks are the tech’s style showing he did the work.

Sure, Indy called Zorotech.

Detailed, professional, honest.

Has a great dog and his family happened to be there when I went to pick up the car. His shop was way out of my way. Well worth it.

Only wish he was closer.

Link is the shop I went to.

IMS was of course fine.

Beautiful. How many miles were on your clutch and IMS bearing?

I'm going to get this done when it comes time to change my LNE bearing and I'm sure it's fine, but I just wish you could tie that braided line to something.

I thought the same. Having said that, when I pulled at the line, it would never be lower than the coolant tube.

My braided oil feed line was on the other(bottom) side of the coolant pipe.
The previous owner had all the coolant pipes and hoses replaced shortly before I bought it.
I think the shop that he paid to do it did that. (Since FSI installed my IMS Solution and I don't think they would have done it that way)
When I installed my LN 2qt deep sump kit earlier this month, I moved the oil feed line to the other side of the coolant line so it no longer hangs down so far.

Interesting read. The article starts off by talking about Pedro's DOF bearing and then segues into Zoran and his thoughts on the subject only to see he uses LN engineering bearings. Smart man. Hope you get many years out of your car. Happy motoring!

While the line appears vulnerable, I believe Raby did some tests with the line disconnected and the oil loss was negligible and not a real concern.

Looks like we use the same tech

Zoran's level of service really impresses me.
