Do you'all think about driving your 996 all day?

No. I think about sex all day. Unless I'm having sex, then I think about my car. Because it's sexy.
Btw, 5CHN3LL just hit post count 10,000. If a mere 2 minutes per response is given including reading the initial post, formulating a response, typing it and pressing send, that's roughly 333 hours, or over 23,000 miles at 70mph that could've been driven instead of thinking about driving. Or, my math is off because it's almost 3:00am and I'm drinking and thinking, but not thinking about driving... or having sex. Because posting while having sex would be creepy.

Burning Brakes
Pretty much. There's a little bit of carpet left and some creature comforts - but for all intents and purposes... yea. It's a solid end suspension, cheater motor, hard riding, unforgiving, loud, smelly, uncomfortable slice of heaven.

tell me about it.............
due to a major back surgery - I haven't been able to drive my baby in 254 days :-(
but recovery has been going well - I have been able to pet her heavily and managed to climb in and out a few times.
my trusted mechanic has driven her about once a month to keep all fluids in order, etc
I dream about driving her, I think about driving her - and one day soon.... look out, cause here I come!

living in TX, where everyone says y'all, i just had to mention that your contraction is all wrong, not to mention unnecessary.
"you'all" is just "you all".
it's either "y'all" for singular and "all y'all" for plural.

996 All Day Long
While mine isn't a daily driver, it's driven weekly rain or shine. And, I was lucky enough to drive it from Seattle to Rennsport VI whata hoot. We logged over 2k miles round trip including 4 all day drives.

All this week I've been bummed because I wouldn't be able to drive my 996 Thursday and Friday. Training class is in a very bad area of town, you wouldn't want to park your car there all day and can't keep an eye on it.
Found out this morning I don't have to go, I've been smiling ever since!
Yes, it's a sickness, we all have it, let's just deal with it!
Love all the stories on this thread, it's one of my favorite threads.

whew.. I thought I was weird bc I couldn't wait for the drive to work.. until I get here and want to keep on driving. The drive to work for me is usually squirting thru the traffic til I'm in the front.. and as the light turns green, the custom exhaust wails as I gun it and calmly wind out 1st, and pop her into 2nd..then 3rd, 4th and cruising in 5th.. well ahead of the crowd, but just a hair over the speed limit. Way too many cops here in the Redneck Riviera over the tourist season, and my car kinda sticks out.
That's the ONE way to work.. the other is mainly 3 lane hwy, but some interesting on and off ramps that have a lot of Trac-OFF potential at the right time.
I swear I can hear that WOT wail in my sleep though
