Default New Koni Sport Shocks - One lacks pressure

Hi all

I bought a set of koni sport yellows and inspecting these and pushing the rod with my hands, I noticed that one of them is not rebounding (front), it stays compressed even if I adjust the top valve. The other three shocks do rebound as expected.

Is this expected on these shocks? Here is a video

My guess is you have a bad shock out of the box. Anyway you can return and replace?

FYI, just got back a message from koni about this issue... It appears the shock lost its gas somehow from factory so its defective. They will be sending me a replacement one.

Make sure you test these shocks before you install them.
