That is the self test. It runs when cold to warm the cats, and then once the o2’s are warm and reading it will run again briefly when brought back to an idle to check the plumbing/see the o2’s go lean.
I always wondered why mine starts back up briefly a 2nd time before shutting off. Good to know it’s normal.
