Arrows pointing to the levers, how do I remove them? I want to take the plastic piece behind it off to paint.

It's been a while, but I think you just pop them off. There are small phillips screws holding the panel on.

I'm almost certain you can wedge them off with a trim tool. It's probably easier if you remove the assembly by removing the small phillips screws and wire harness.

The plastic piece behind them comes off by sliding along the seat before you pull it away. If memory serves me correctly, there are 2 phillips head screws and then it slides straight up - then off. I don't think you need to take off the adjusters before removing the trim piece that they're attached to, so that may make your job easier.
