2001 Window Stuck All the way down
My passenger side Window dropped half way down when exterior handle was opened. I used the switch to try and raise it and nothing. Pushed window switch down and it dropped all the way open but will not raise. I can hear a very slight click when I push the switch in either direction but it dose nothing. I have the door panel off. And figure it is the regulator. The challenge is I can not get the door speaker out because the glass is restricting it from removal. Any hep or instruction to get the speaker out and two repair it would be really appreciated.

See if you can get to the bolts that clamp the glass to the regulator. You only need ~1\4 turn to loosen them enough to pull the glass out.
It sounds like the wire has jumped off one of the pulleys or a pulley has broken. If not then motor broken?

^^ I'd try to gently get the window up enough to loosen the clamps, or even just one of them and get the glass up enough to start gently removing it from above. Let us know how it goes and maybe post a pic. Once you get the glass out replacing the regulator is relatively easy.

Folks - looking at Rick's other posts - they're all in the 911 forum. And he lists a 2001 Porsche that he owns. Somehow I believe he's ended up in the wrong place, easily understandable since so many 911 owners are Cayenne envious.
