<div style="text-align:left;">Appreciate the offer and may take you up on it. Car is headed to my Indy to get it looked at next week anyway, so I'll be curious as to what they come up with for a diagnosis.</div>

You can run a car without a catalytic convertor with no problem. I'm running a SpeedTech cat delete x-pipe with rest of my system being Fabspeed. I installed a 90 degree spacer and a straight spacer with adjustable orifice for the post cat O2 sensors. Very occasionally it'll throw a code when I've hammered on the car really hard. The CEL typically goes away within a day if I don't clear it manually.

The car sounds incredible IMHO. I don't believe it impacted drive-ability at all. Just a touch more throttle at the low end and any torque issues aren't noticeable.

Did you notice any difference in exhaust sound when you replaced your cats with the Davico's? I've got a bad cat that needs replacement, but do not want the exhaust note to change in any way. I also have PSE.

Gbug,

I don't notice anything different about the exhaust note. Especially since I am always in the car. However, I have some friends who say my car sounds amazing.

Gotta love the "Me Generation"...

Just heard back from the shop today, looks like they need to replace the ignition coils. Don't have the final amount yet, but they said it would be about $800.
