Weak AC?

Weak AC?
Anyone have experience with their AC going weak? After less than a month of ownership it's pretty clear something is up with my AC, it blows only slightly cold air and has no real chance of keeping up with the high 80s-90s temps we get here during the summers. Am I looking at just a recharge or something more serious?

The air mix flap should be checked to make sure that's not the problem. If the comprrssor runs, the SOP is evacuating followed by a recharge and go from there.
If the charge doesn't hold, a leak test will be needed.

You could do some visual inspections, such as is the front hub on the compressor clutch engaged and turning with the belt/pulley.
Is the larger refrigerant return line at the compressor or the evaporator outlet cold to frosty, and is the smaller outlet line at the compressor
or the small line to the expansion valve warm to hot.
If you do not have service gauges and experience to use them most repair shops will toss them on and advise you of the pressures for a small fee or for free
if you are a good repeat customer. You will want to know the low and high side pressure at idle and the outside temperature around the car when pressures
are observed (write them down). This is always a good place to start.
