I see it is same weekend as Rennsport Reunion hope you guys have a great event I will hold down the 996 fort at RR 6 as I was just notified my 2000 996 VIP Becker Supercup Car has been accepted to run in the 2018 Rennsport Reunion hope there are other 996 variants in my run group we will see when run groups are announced.

so i mentioned this reunion to my wife, just as a "hmmm, that might be fun"
she has since brought it up 2 times asking "so when is this?" and "is it mostly driving tours?"
I think i have her gears turning - is there an itinerary up yet
She did say for me to go on the tour and she will spend the day shopping and spending $$$, but i may have to drag her with me for the sake of my bank account

We already have the rough itinerary made. DR is working on the final touches on it. He should have it done in the next week or so.

I am going to be out of town the next few months (for a back surgery) so I won't be able to go by and ask them in person.

to be honest, that event has been dying... last time I went there were less than 10 cars. that was in the winter, so it may have picked back up.... but really, after that bad accident at the track, the event was canceled for a few months, and it just never returned to full strength after that accident

but a lot of the "action" has moved back to the old location and is called the car show on eastern.

I have been to the car show on Eastern ,there are a lot of cars there .It's a nice set up,had free pizza last time which was a nice touch.

I am back in Vegas post surgery, but still have about 4 weeks of recovery left and am moving slowly (still can't drive Bertha yet) - but I should be full speed by the time RennRun rolls around
