BE CAREFUL messing with this though, you don't want to get in a situation where you're hitting the gas accidentally when you're trying to just get the brake.

The PO on my 997.2 have installed the Rennline pedals that I took it off. The reason was I don't wear driving shoes with that narrow sole and every time I step on the brakes the sole also brushed on the throttle.

Thanks all!​​​​ and yes I think I meant down shift not up but knowing about both is beneficial.
