Sold.... thanks for all the interest! I’m truly humbled by the amount of offers, well wishes and the genuine car guys who reached out to me in the last week. Respect.

Next up.... clean mean black GT3. But might pickup a Raptor while hunting, you know... to jump railroad crossings and such.

Loved the car but the ad had a technical error that troubles me. The ECU displacement is part of the code. The ECU adjusted fueling for additional airflow but in the code the displacement is still 3.6L. It's one of the reasons the car is making way more power. It's very likely running a bit leaner, which is okay since OEM tuning is ultra conservative.

Anthony, not sure what is so troubling but thanks for your input. My point was the car hadn’t been tuned after the 3.8 rebuild.

Jumper, yes will be looking for a 997 GT3 in the coming months. Partial to the .1 but .2s are priced about the same. I’m going to enjoy the hunt.. black and ceramics hopefully although GT silver and Atlas will also be considered. Time to evolve.

Interestingly the car was sold to a 997 GT3 owner who will use it for track events. Good luck to the new owner.
