2001 996 C2 Clutch Kit
 

prices for a Sachs clutch kt seem to be all over the place. From $410 on ebay, to $442 at autohaus, to $565 at Suncoast. All the same thing as far as I can tell.. Or am I missing something??

As long as your are shopping prices, you should check Pelican and Warehouse33 as well....just saying

Same part number, same part.

same parts… it's funny, I called Pelican because they list 2 different part #s for the same Sachs kit. One for $566, one for $645. Pelican says different vendors give them different pricing for the same part! crazy…

Search on here for clutch stuff, there is an alternate stock clutch that has more clutch area and therefore life. Its a direct swap for the Sach, wish I'd known about it before putting the Sach on mine

I just bought my clutch kit at RockAuto. For your 2001 they show the Luk RepSet for $359, which someone on here bought and it was made by Sachs.

I got my Sachs kit from Design911 for $315 shipped.

damn thats a good deal.. ive been looking for my 997 but i get so many different prices.. 997 has 2 different part numbers one for the s n base..

I got a couple OEM clutch disks remaned with Kevlar facing material, and a few remaned OEM pressure plates, PM if interested.

wow, usually shop Pelican or ECS, but saved litterly hundreds of dollars buying Sachs clutch kit on ebay ($388) and Luk flywheel from Rock Auto ($410). $798 shipped!

Bought my clutch from Rockauto and just ordered Centric brake pads and Pagid front rotors all at a substantial savings.
