Default H&R sport springs vs M030 ROW springs?

I have a new set of H&R springs that I was thinking of using in place of currently installed M030 ROW springs. How much will the HRs usually lower the car? The 030s only dropped it about 2cm. Rest of the suspension is 030. Will anything need to be modified for the HRs to work?

USA M030? The H&R's should give you about an inch to an inch and a half drop (25 -35mm). Technically the H&R's should be used with "sport" struts/shocks which are a little shorter than stock (Bilstein B8 are for use with sport springs). There is a bit of controversy associated with this subject. Some people claim you can get "pogo sticking" effect... etc... do a forum search and read. I would think that since you've got the M030 shocks and struts, you'll probably be fine, but you won't know until you try it. Also your application will affect suitability - i.e. may be fine for the street/casual driving, but unsuitable for tracking...
