Funny how that worked out. Haven't done anything to my mustang this winter. But working on her car with her is fun and satisfying. The other day we changed out the heater core together and will do the thermostat next ... maybe.

For this, she removes the panels, I upholster them and she reinstalls.

more picks coming. Turning out really good.

Thanks
I got mine from this guy and he has instructions to do it. The cluster is easy, but the buttons and vac need fine soldering. I had a guy do those for me at $5 a button. HVAC is next.

Thankyou. Now the rest of the interior is a let down. Need to do something about the seats.

I'm curious about your start/ stop button. I assume it's fully functional...but do you have to still have the key in the ignition to the on position ? And, where did you move to wiper speed control to ?

Top work! I think a lot of pcar guys are "oem only" but I've been doing stuff like that for years on my BMWs and plan to do the same to the 911, Even better that your wife is not only into it, but helps out.... you sir, are a smart man.

My wife is not yet convinced she wants it in yet, but yes it is functional. The key still has to be in it. The wiper delay is to be moved to the power outlet spot. The power outlet will be moved to inside the centre console glove box and a second to be added somewhere.

but she wants true keyless ignition, so will go with this using the Honda S2000 button:

Free accommodations and meals?

I too have been doing this for years to my Mustangs. She never took an interest. But now that it is her toy car, well ...
