Away for the Winter
I lost a garage that I was renting just a few blocks from my house....but the garage wasn't that nice. Would store one of my cars there and my friend's motorcycle....last year I put my neighbor's Miata on rollers in there also. But they sold the house. It was a 1.5 car garage that I could get a second very small car in (like my old Alfa Romeo spider).
Looking at craigslist every day for the past 4 months brought up a new garage, but it is now 2.2 miles from my house. But it's HUGE......16.5' x 27.5' deep. I snapped it up a few weeks ago. Have my neighbor's Miata in the back again on rollers, and another friend's benz. I will put my 951 in there in the spring when they vacate.....I rent half of another garage in my town for it. I should of put it in there to start! Oh well.
$150/month.....I would say not too shabby.

Nice! It's crazy how much we value our garage/storage space! Never enough.. I have 24x24ft at my house, full. My buddy and I share a nice size 16x24 ft storage unit, full. Just picked up another rig that needs indoor space. I'm faced with the prospect of just buying a nice cover for it at this point. And, my dd and truck live outside regularly.
