C4 front springs vs C2 springs?

C4 front springs vs C2 springs?
Has anyone used C2 US M030 or ROW M030 on the front of a C4? Am I safe to assume spring is the same but slightly higher spring rate on the C4?

Sounds like you are correct that they cannot be used. I knew the struts are unique but thought the springs might be the same except for rate.
I checked and different part numbers for the AWD springs vs 2 wheel drive. Additionally H&R springs for the C4 are a different part number from the C2 and with a 1 inch drop vs the H&R C2 springs have a 1.25 drop.
