Default radio harness

Did a search but didn't find any info. I am going to be swapping out the headunit in my car in the next month. Does anyone know where I can get a wiring harness so that I don't have to splice the wires and connect it to the back of the new headunit? I want to put a Clarion head unit in.

THanks

Bobby

Does crutchfield have the 996 harnesses. I looked but it said your vehicle fitment is unknown. Possible that it isn't on the internet.

I know this thread is way old Update for those who do a search

If you need a wire harness for the 996 you can use 1986-up volkswagen (vw01b)

You can pick one up at Best Buy. Works great for plug and play
