Window detent reset
Going to pull my battery to clean tray and paint. If I lose my window detent how do I reset it?? I know I will need to go to dealer if it locks up the radio. I have a 03 4s

You shouldn't have to do anything. When the battery has been disconnected, sometimes it takes a few cycles up and down for the window to return to normal. Otherwise nothing to do there. Where the radio is concerned, I'm nearly certain your year doesn't have a code or need anything return to service.

BTW, it's worth mentioning to check your battery to see if there is also a vent port on the opposite end of the battery. I once had to refinish my battery tray after realizing (too late) that the battery I was replacing had a vent port on each end and the unused end was open. The battery I was installing was the same & I plugged off the extra hole.

Maybe you might not have to do anything, but the one-touch up/down procedure is: push the down button to the lower window position and continue to hold the down button for 10 seconds, then push the window up button and once it is closed continue to hold the up button for 10 seconds. That re-teaches the window lower/upper limits and the one touch function should work. You may have to do the sunroof the same way.
