Default Shift cable hardware ?

I am going to be installing a Numeric shifter and cables.

Is there any pieces of hardware on the transmission linkage I should order new and replace while I doing the cable install?

Thanks
David

997 ssk from Suncoast with 7000 miles on it will be coming out and posted for sale

Thanks for the idea, but I already purchased the 997ssk and have put about 7000 miles on it.
Instead of buying an aluminum bushing kit for it, I will just sell it.

I want to do cables to improve shifting and to prevent an untimely incident due to age.

I am not sure if I need to order any clips or hardware where the cables go onto gearbox.

Have you asked the folks at Numeric? I've found them super helpful.

They have two good installation videos on their facebook page. It looks like their custom wrench would be nice to have if you don't want to fab one. Other than that, it looks pretty straightforward.
