If you want to do a BBQ at my place we could do the weekend of Sept. 2nd or the weekend of Sept. 23rd. Saturday or Sunday. Lunch or Dinner. Let's get something planned.

These are the only 2 recurring events in town I am aware of:

Saturdays 7am-10am:
Cars and Coffee at SpeedVegas
Aug 26 is German Car Day

Last Sunday of Each Month

the weekend of Spet 23rd is the Porsche Club track weekend at Spring Mountain - which you ALL should be participating in :-)

there is a new event, they are also calling cars and coffee, but is on Sunday's at the Bauguette Cafe (near Ikea)

also there is the Espresso and Exotics event at Boca Park on sundays

Cars und Kaffee is an awesome event in DTLV

I am up for whatever. It doesn't have to be a BBQ. I think it would be fun to roll into one of these events together.

I'll keep an eye on this one as I definitely would like to attend. I have a lot of obligations during the next few months as well so my fingers are crossed that this event lands on a date that's good for me. I've kept in touch with Ken from the RennRun so I'll reach out to him also. He and I have been talking about just going for a simple drive sometime soon.
