I bought mine for $20k with 122k on the clock... It'snow got 129k. I did a PPI with my trusted mechanic so I knew what to plan for.

I set was already done... I've done cats and a bunch of other stuff. It was the 3rd car I looked at.... Passed on the 1st myself... 2nd failed a PPI.

Love this car!

OH, I see the price is $34,900. So, you're basically paying the cost of F6I's work. Seems like a fair price considering this is now a bullet proof car.

Wowza! $34.9!!! I get the $6,600 of Jake repairs/upgrades, but just WOWZA! Makes me feel pretty good about my 2005 C4S with 54k miles and stock-stock-stock...

Yea, $6500 is a good insurance policy for the C4S my friend Billy!

Have you scheduled your F6I preventative package yet?

No. I've got some oil consumption going on(about 1 qt. per 1,000 miles) and some ticking with sooting on drivers side exhaust. Plan to examine this winter and probably install a rebuilt RND engine. Oh well...Considered LS but too nice a car to butcher!

Personally, if you got a solid offer for $23K, then that's really good. I've seen many C4S for that amount retail. Even one from a Porsche dealership and the car had less than 60K miles. Now if you have a C4S with lower miles and the IMS solution installed, you could probably get closer to $30K, but in my opinion, I'm going with Hagerty on this one and the national average on your car is $25K depending on condition, miles, etc. The GA Dept of Revenue only appraises the car at $11,975.
Have all service records from new. I have had done.....IMS (ceramic from Jake), clutch, RMS, clutch slave, AOS, Starter, engine mounts, alignment, battery cable to starter, all servicing is up to date and done by dealer.......oh, and new set of tires. Car has no marks and hasn't been screwed around with so is totally stock. I'm the third owner and have owned the car for six years.

If I decided to sell it, I would ask $25k and not settle for much less.

I don't get this comment. $35k seems like a pretty good price for a Raby refreshed C4S. Where are you seeing C4S's priced below $30k with less than 60k miles? Most that I've seen are priced between $30-$35k, without all the work that's been done to this car.

Just got back from checking it out. I should be taking ownership next weekend!

Also, surprised at some of the comments on this car if you read Stonegate's fb post. The car was solid, meticulously cared for, and I believe the bill from Mr Raby would've far exceeded $6500 - no stone left unturned on this engine.

I've looked at other dealership $28-$30k C4S' previously. There's no comparison to the condition of this one and the value added with all the preventative work exceeds the value at $34,900.

I guess my shocked expression of joy was misunderstood. That price made me happy!

Updating this as I pulled the trigger

I believe the previous owner was a member on here as well, we agreed to $23k. Not bad!
