Glacier White or Black Turbo
Looking at two cars and close with mileage and price. One is 1997 Glacier white and other is 1996 Black TT, not metallic black. Never owned a white car and have always had dark colors. Black one has black interior sport seats which I love and 1997 does not.
What is opinion of glacier white with black interior. Is a 1997 worth anymore money?
Also Glacier white has exclusive package which looks to be carbon fiber interior and white dials.
Thanks

I think the 97 white is A rarer color but the sport seats are very desirable and rare too. Black is annoying to keep looking good after a detail. All IMHO.
ETA I'd go with the white and exclusive package.

I'd go with white too assuming they are both in equal condition. Glacier is quite stunning under certain light conditions, I prefer it over Grand Prix.
Exclusive pack with OEM CF offsets value wise IMO the sport seats. Both are pretty rare to obtain nowadays if you wanted to add on. However some dislike CF, but its unanimous everyone wants sport seats.
If your had to really nit pick, some may argue a 97 is worth more.

I Have a Perfect 1996 Grand Prix White/Black, I sold it to a Freind of mine years ago & bought it back earlier this Year, 16,800 Original Miles, As New, No Paint work anywhere.
I am thinking Monterey or The Scottsdale auctions in Jan, Not sure.
ANY White Air Cooled turbo is Turbo is RARE, IMO.
I Have Several cars & will not leave this one Anywhere (or the Club-sport build)
They stay at the House....

White cars, other then the riviera blues, blue turq, and paint to sample are worth more then any other regular color in the 993, especially a turbo. White just wasn't an "IN" color back in the late 90's. Everyone ordered black, silver, navy etc.
You should hang onto yours, the value is going to definitely keep climbing. Especially with a white/black car.
Good luck with the sale if you decide to get rid of it.
