I will not replacing it, because I can not replacing a 993 Turbo
but I will buy something different, maybe a 944 Turbo or a 928 GTS or 997 TT MKI
I really don't know right now
I sold it because I did not use it
My official Porsche dealer sold it in consignment in just 2 days for 179k €
tax are included in Europe
ciao

Alot of 993 turbos out there not being used.

Owners are fetching record prices for them.

Personally I would have a hard time letting go even if i let it sit for 10 years.

Woha! You got a good amount of money for it. My TT has 50k kms on the clock with also the package of yours (power) and many other goodies from factory which almost if a Turbo S.

I'm toying the idea of getting a 944 turbo as well. Why didn't you use the 993tt? Yet looking to get another Porsche most likely which you are going to drive it more than the 993tt I'm guessing?

As someone said, you will get a very Merry Christmas, sorry, you already had a Merry Christmas

Over the yrs I've had a few air cooled turbos, the 930s (505) were so valuable just couldn't drive em anymore. Jumped back into another 997tt, drive it all the time, never think twice.
997tt would be my suggestion with a lot of scratch left over and a much faster turbo to boot.

Congrats, Giorgio. then I must have just been at PZ Inntal in those 2 days because I saw it there getting parts for my latest baby, a 997 GTS. Had seen your beauty before at Christian's wonderworks in Irschenberg... good luck ! Go get a tripple black 997 GTS convertible with rearwheel drive and hand shift and some other required options, few of those around, unbelievable fun to drive (better then my 993 turbo S) and already appreciating in value. So what can be wrong with those. Search for a couple of months, around 90k is what you will have to spend, and it will all come back with good interest...

Diego, somebody got crazy about the color ferrarifly on a 993 Turbo and is very seldom in Europe, sometime color can make a difference
I have a 1986 Carrera Coupe 3,2 too that I drive often and with no worry than the 993 TT who cause me headache Paranoia to use, that's why I sold it
As a DD I have a Mustang GT 2016
Oshkosh
the TT was 2 weeks there, but only 2 days on the internet, the new owner lives in North Germany
On monday I will look after for a 2008 997 TT manual T. I will drive it to know if fits me.
ciao

I'm guilty too.
Put less than 500km on my TT this summer
Probably distracted by the new F car;-))

I'm in the sub 500 mile club this year too.... We spent a LOT of time on our new boat this summer (170 hours of motor time). I also bought a boxster spyder which stole time from the 993tt.

Oh well.

Congrats on a great sale Gorgio - enjoy your trips!

Here's one asking that price for lower mileage car so by Canadian standards you did real well!...maybe I should pick this one up and ship it over?
