Default Need help with 993 Turbo ECU.

Hello, I still have the stock 96 OEM 993 Turbo ECU from my old car. It was upgraded to a 97 turbo ECU as it had aftermarket turbos. I'm planning to sell the ECU and was wondering how I could test it to ensure the new owner was buying something in confidence.

I have every reason to believe it's fine but no way to prove it.

Part numbers are 993.618.601.01 then a second label reading 993.618.666.01.

Does that identify what HP rating and such?

I think you would have to have a reputable tuner look at it to determine what was done to it.

Thank you, this is what it should be.

I believe it to be stock. It was removed and replaced with a modded 97 ECU.
