Market softening? Holding? What say you, experts of the TT forum?

Looking for a lower priced ,well sorted and maintained driver in Arena, Polar, Slate, White, over black or grey. Hi miles ok.
Sunroof delete?
Don't know if you don't ask, right?
I would say softening, cars for sale but not selling. Probably need a dip in economy for prices to start dropping. Nobody in a rush to sell so seems like cars are just sitting.

Same goes for most Porsches. Gt3, gt3rs.
Gt4 seems to be doing better if priced around or just below msrp.

Look for something with paint work and crash damage. Maybe even a little rust. Those are the ones most are afraid of. It should help your negotiating position.

Also consider one that's been tracked quite a bit. Buyers avoid those too.

What you're looking for is out there. You just have to look at what others don't want and time it right with the seller.
