Are there different struts for the various 993 models. I was told the turbo hood has a different strut vs the regular 993. My hood keeps falling on my head as the struts no longer do their job. Rather than suffering further brain injury it is time to replace them. Do you fellow 993 owners recommend OEM or something more substantial? Thanks in advance.

OEM, Turbo and NA cars are the same. New struts good for ten years, more or less.
