That was a great event, great cars and people! Lots of threads with pictures around - there was just way too many photo ops! Not sure when you took the ones above, it must of been early, but later on, wow, LOTS of crowds!

Cheers,

Mike

Mike,

I definitely agree. With too many people around, it was pretty difficult to take pictures of the cars. I arrived Saturday morning at 8am and that was when I took most of these pictures.

"Joest Racing, Hagenuk" Porsche TWR WSC-95 Michele Alboreto / Stefan Johansson / Tom Kristensen 1997 Le Mans"The Porsche WSC-95 (sometimes referred to as the TWR WSC-95) was a Le Mans Prototype originally built by Tom Walkinshaw Racing. It was modified by Porsche from the original group C Jaguar XJR-14 from which it derived,[1] and run by Joest Racing. Originally intended to race in the IMSA World Sportscar Championship, the WSC-95 actually saw very little race action even though it managed to win the 24 Hours of Le Mans in both 1996 and 1997 without actually being acknowledged as a factory supported project."
