Default PCA Cars and Coffee: Old vs. New TT

Finally drove the 993TT this past weekend after about 10 weeks of hibernation. I am selling my 91 C4 Cab so have been driving that lately.

Next to me a beautiful 2015 TTS pulls up with about every possible option you can get. What an absolutely beautiful car. Sorry for the poor cell phone pics, didn't think to bring the camera. There was probably 25 cars and a nice turn out for such a small PCA group.

Thanks for looking.

Thanks for posting! Your silver TT is stunning! I drove the 991tts not to long ago and it's wicked fast! Took my 993tt to our PCA meeting last night. And there is no way I would even consider an even trade with a 991tts. The 993tt is just awesome! The only downside is that they start to attract a lot of attention.....

The difference in size is even more notable in person bet the 993 and 991.

I parked mine between your new Boxster and a 997 and it looked remarkably tiny. You might have the pic?

The 997TT attracted way more attention than mine, mainly because it was so new, amazing color (I wish mine was Arena Red) and had what looked to be every option. Very tastefully done. Also had a car graphics exhaust as well which sounds nice.

My Z attracts incredible amounts of attention while 993tt, not so much. Last time I took it to a GTG, 3 twenty something girls were asked what they thought of the Porsches. Their response: "They're nice but we really like this one." referring to the Z. Ya, I don't get it either.

I was in the P-car dealer in Fresno a few weeks ago. They had an
incredible TTS with grey over red int. really nice optioned car. Yesterday it was gone. We'll have to get together soon. Any chance you wanna go to Laguna Seca next weekend, May 16th/17th? If so give me a call.

Aloha

Ya I figure it's a colour thing. The cobalt blue (or whatever this year's name is for it) Caymans seem to turn a lot of heads.

Viper green will most likely get a lot of attention! And I guess it depends on where you take your car!
