Hi GUys,

My original speakers finally gave up..

Any recommendations for a direct replacement?

Thank you.

Remove your mufflers. Put in Fabspeed bypass. Turn off radio.

You can have mine. Spent an hour with radio and manual 5 years ago to figure it out when it was new. Never use it. You can have my sun roof too. Equally useless.

search on the 993 forum. apparently Dynaudio and I believe its JL Audio make speakers that fit in the hifi box.

not cheap though.

I just replaced my midrange with original PN 99364550300. Got them from Sunset in Oregon for $35 ea. they should have the other speakers too. Decided not to buy expensive aftermarket as I too am running Fabspeed bypass.

I went this route as well a few years back. Cheapest option was good enough for me. Just make sure you diagnose which speaker is bad, by taking the panel apart and inspecting. If you spend a lot of time in the car or it's your daily driver, maybe it would make more sense to upgrade to some nicer speakers, but it's all down to what you want.
