Default Alignment units specs driving me nuts

Looking for ideal alignment specs for my 993 front suspension/965 rear suspension. I references these specs from Pelican:

Toe(front)mm +25+/-5 (less down to 0 for more track use)
Toe(rear)mm +15'+/-5' (don't go as far here as on the front or you get too much rear bump steer)
camber(front) -1*+/-10' (more - for more track use, i'm at -2.5)
camber(rear) -1*+/-10' (more - for more track use, i'm at -2.5 here too)
caster 4*25'+15'-30' (max this out)

Here are some settings from Rennlist:

Toe (front) .05-.06 per side (.10-.12 total)
Toe (rear) .11-.13 per side (.22-.26 total)
Camber (front) -1*
Camber (rear) -1.5*
Caster 4.25*

Can somebody help me understand units of measurement here? I get camber and caster is in degrees, but in the first example how is toe-in 25mm front and 15mm rear? 25mm is 2.5cm doesn't make sense, way too much.

In the second example Toe-in is .o5-.06...... is this in mm? inches? radians? degrees?

Yes alignment units are confusing and people use different units..
The toe 0.06-0.05 sound like/makes sense as degrees to me.
Not quite sure on mm..

I use on a 18" wheel (45.7cm), 0.1cm difference front lip to back (trailing) lip is about 0.1 degrees (toe out on the front) ,
with 0.2cm difference front to back turns out to be about 0.3 degrees (toe in in the rear). But my car is 50% track and don't really concern myself regarding tire wear.

correction, just checked my notes, I'm using 1.5mm toe out in front and 3mm toe in in rear. I did spend some time using trigonometry to calculate it out at one point. When I use mm, it just means the difference front lip to trailing lip on a 18" wheel or alignment bar I have that attaches to my hubstands and measurements I can make using strings. The 25+/-5mm I agree sounds way too much by more than a factor of 10 even if you are measuring total toe. Not sure where that is being measured from to get those numbers.
