I looked at the ad and it reminded me a lot of my car. Although mine is a different shade of blue, mine stickered for $128,829 and I certainly didn't pay that much. Mine also had 16.5K miles as well but these cars aren't quite at the point were they will get sticker price with mileage in the mid-teens IMHO. Not yet.
I say GLWS to the owner as I have mine now, but I suspect it will be for sale for awhile or taken off the market.

Why would you say that? Canepa has sold similarly well optioned (but higher mile) cars for more within that past year....
This Rennlister's car is in 'concours' winning condition with an amazing amount of rare factory options and smothered in a rare color. Seems like a reasonable asking price to me...?
I should also say that I'm not one of the crowd that feels their cars are worth huge amounts of money because of the current market trends, but I do know the market....

I would 2nd Nurburger's thoughts that the seller is asking a market price for the car considering the year/model/color/factory options ... would not be surprised if this car ends up on one of the discussed 'high end' resellers site's for an additional $25K or more ...

I'd have to say. If an iris blue or zenith blue were for sale in stated condition of this one and I had that amount currently burning a hole in my pocket. I would be inclined to call and begin negotiating there.

Sorry I should have been clearer....my perspective....in that I have the "Old" top of the line 993tt black black with sport seats with 23k miles which I have been offered $ 100K for which - although a fair offer - consider it to be far more satisfying, stylish and visceral than when comparing to the "new" top of the line is all. I believe that 993tt to be worth every nickel of a buck twenty in that kind of condition and the new 991tt and 991tts to be well...difficult for me to get to that price point. To your point, the 991S will never satisfy me anyway like my 993 tt on all fronts. Don't get me wrong, great car, just not a 993TT.
