Recaro Speed Installation
 

HI all,

I recently purchased Recaro Speed seats for my 993TT so that I can run PCA DE's with 6 point harnesses.

The seats look great but I have the previously documented interference with the inside recliner knob closest to the console.

I did not receive any documentation with the seats to show how they are assembled but did want to ask how fellow Rennlisters hhow they modified...or removed... the inside recliner knob to gain added clearance.

Any instructions/advice would be greatly appreciated.

The knob is removed and I think the shaft is cut off. Mine were done when I got them so I don't know for sure. PM me your email address and I'll send you two pictures I just took.

^^^Yep,this is the correct way to fit these properly on the 964/993 tub.^^^
