It's definately cobalt blue, very nice color and quite rare on the 993. I've only seen 3 or 4 of them in total. Zenith has more purple in it and iris is a lot darker so no doubt about that.

It has cheap aftermarket stick-on carbon fiber pieces. That poor car needs some TLC.

I remember this car from the heat wrinkled rear bumper. It was traded into a dealership Chicago area and selling cheap if I remember correctly. There is a thread on this car.
