Hollow turbo twists 993tt

Hello all.

Anybody have any hollow turbo twists in excellent condition in their basement you want to get rid of? Please PM me.

Don't just limit yourself to "excellent condition". These are so easy to have redone, with great results.

Did you find something to put them on?
Member Iko had a set of 993tt sort techno wheels fs. I believe 996tt rims will also fit, ESP the 996 techno rims. They look really good on a 993tt.

Thanks for this Brian. I called Russell who is a great guy and fellow car freak - and he sent me a picture of his wheels which seem excellent value for $ 900.00.....just a fortune to ship from CA to Canada!

BUT I want to share a cool story with you guys in that in my search I PM'd Rennlister TurboDan who bought the wheels that were on my car originally from Rennlister SBlaylock who was the person I bought my car from. TurboDan since sold the car to a guy who just happened to live in the same City as me here in Canada...who Dan then puts me in touch with. So I emailed the guy...told him my story and how I wanted the car's original wheels back and low and behold, he agrees to sell me the wheels back just because he thought they should be back with the car originally...even with a decent set of rubber on it. He put 19" RUF's on his car so he thought if he ever wanted a set of Turbo Twist wheels, he'd just look for a set later...then when I go pick up the wheels - I am treated to the nicest three vintage Porsches and Dan's old TT in his garage....he is a certified Porsche
maniac - and by letting me have the wheels back, a certified great guy.

Thought you guys would appreciate the significance of the gesture.

Onami 07-09-2013 12:29 AM

Wow, nice ending...that would be even better if another certified nice guy gave me my Rufs back :)
