What is the difference between a regular 993 turbo engine and a GT2 internals?

I think he may be referring to the GT2 turbo upgrades.

Kinda vague in the description. I would love to know what he considers a "GT-2 Turbo Upgraded Motor".
K-24s and a different ecu?
I wonder what required $14k in servicing?
