We are contemplating a move to Eagle County Colorado and I am wondering if there are some first-rate Porsche mechanics in the area? Any thoughts would be most appreciated!

I can give you the name of a few good ski shops, restaurants and bars. You'll be hard pressed to find a good porsche tech without a trip to Denver or the burbs.

Agree with all the comments here, you'll need to head into Denver to find anyone decent. You *might* be able to find something in Glenwood Springs for simple stuff (oil change), but no one I would trust with major services.

I talked to European Autowerks in Glenwood Springs today and they indicated that they work on a number of 993s in the area. Anybody have any experience with this shop?
