QUOTE=CP;9824631]Steve,

I talked to PA Speedo. They do not have white needles, and we cannot paint them white as we will lose the reflective property for night driving. Needles stay red now as a safety measure.

This thread is causing me a ton of conflict. I don't know if I should curse you or thank you. Sigh.....

Not so, the way to do it is take the old paint of the pointer with acetone, then you paint the pointer with a small quality brush using white fluorescence paint, you can buy the paint at www.hipoparts.com, it comes perfect all the time,hint,hint. btdt!!!!!
cheers,sonny1.

White Needles...I was warned against acetone as it can melt the plastic needles, I lightly scraped with sharp knife and painted as sonny1 said.

Nice!!! I used acetone as a test on a speedo pointer before trying on the gauges, it did not cause any damage to the pointer, cheers, sonny1.
