Nice! Now I just have to take some Italian lessons to understand the comments.

Hi Mark,
same name, same car (just a clone) and near by, just 200km across the North-sea. I bought my black 993turbo WLSII 2007 in Switzerland and it has the turboS air-ducts in the front-bumper as well, nearly a clone. Mileage right now is 87 Tkm.

Great looking car Mark. Welcome. What part of Holland are you from? I get there a couple times a year to visit my wife's family who live in Geldrop (Eindhoven). In my 20 years of going to Holland I haven't seen too many 993's, much less turbo's.
I do remember my first time in Holland in 1989 driving back to Geldrop from the Delta Works and having a 911 police car pass us going very fast. I thought that was very cool.
Hoping to live in Holland part time in about 5 or 6 years! Great country.

Thanks Darren!
I am living in a small town close to Nijmegen. Nijmegen itself is not that far from Eindhoven. Just a little more op north and right next to the German border. Although distances in Holland are very relative (small) compared to the US.
Holland is probably one of the few countries where the highway patrol police has used the 911 targa for some time. Too bad they stopped using them. Imagine getting pulled over by a 991 Carrera S.

I've been to Nijmegen a few times but I can't remember why I was there. Like most smaller towns I enjoy the downtown shops, church architecture and the pubs of course! Isn't that near where Moton was at? Uden I think?
Perhaps we can meet up for a spin next time I'm there?

Its a relatively small country.
So if you drive about a bit more than a week you get to know most of the speed traps. ;-)
In addition to that I use an app on my phone called "Flitsmeister" that gives warning in advance for most of them.
