Have any of you guys had any success with a short shifter in the 993tt. The long throws are probably one of the only things I'd like to change.

Short shifter? Oh my yes. You need the kit with the "golden rod" by FD Motorsports. Amazingly precise shifter. And the huge "dimple" in the tunnel cover required by the RS shifter is almost completely eliminated.

FD Motorsports makes a nice ssk. They also sell other item (Golden Rod) to fix things up. They also sell a great exhaust for our car to give them some sound.
