1) I don't think the power fore and aft will work, mine don't. It a manual adjustment.
2) Access to rear seats is still possible with the seat all the way forward, and small kids can get in rear seats. My 10 year old barely fits. My 13 year old may not fit any day now. I need to remove (4 bolts with an allen wrench) the seat to clean the rear window.
3) I am using the OEM seat belts. My shoulder strap also goes through the upper/outer loop.
4) You can adjust the tilt (3 settings), depending on your brackets, but the seat would need to be removed, and the adjustment made by moving 2 allen bolts.

The seat is full leather. You have the option of changing the center cushions to either alcantera or leather.
Here is a picture of a set of the GT3 seats in my GT2. I put the alcantera cushions in the seats. You can see how the seat belt goes through the upper hole. It is possible to get in the back. In order to keep the light weight the manual setup is prefered. The seats come with all necessary mounting brackets and hardware.
