MSW had about 240,000 on his before it wouldn't pass smog. He replaced his engine with a Turbo S used engine. A happy camper. You only have 230,600 to go. Get busy.

Hi everyone, I post here to learn about P-cars, hopefully will be acquiring one soon. I don't want to detract from the thread, but I'm also curious as to everyone's leakdown numbers, too, particularly MSW now that I've heard about your old engine! If anyone feels like disclosing that kind of info, it would be much appreciated. Thanks very much.

Ronnie: I thought you were going to be driving your car more than that. You aren't even getting close to catching up to the mileage that I have on my car. Have you been buzzing around in that pop can Datsun or have you been on a cycling holiday?

Ha! All of the above Glenn but I have put on 1,300 miles since buying it last Halloween and that covers 4 months winter storage. I ain't savin' it!

The car was Andial maintained earlier in its life and all the receipts I have point to M1 15w50 oil, the very oil I still use for her today.

68000 km's, about 42000 miles. Going like a cut cat.
I use it when I can.
