Go for the facelift.
Give her the full spa treatment and you'll be glad you did. You might also want to check out Autobahn for a little detailing afterwards. Their prices are very reasonable and they do a first class job. :-)

Glenn : you said "unloaded at the border" are you meeting the truck on the other side? if they are bringing it to Brampton it doesn't get unloaded at the border, just open the truck doors.
I had TFX bring it to my house, much easier logistics and very reasonable (at least at the time).
good luck with the delivery! oh and be light on the gas pedal unless you are perfectly straight...these cars have a lot more oomph than the C4S! also I am sure you know to cool the turbos before shutting down after any spirited drive.

Thanks Parsonii - Now I just have to try and get some sleep.
Dan: Yes, I am driving her home from the border. I would have had TFX drop it off at the front door but the way they strap down the wheels would have damaged the newly painted turbo twists. I appreciate the tip about going easy on the gas. I will certainly be as careful as I can especially not having any experience with this much power before.

Glenn,
Given the heightened level of anticipation, and in appreciation for the extreme detailing that this car has experienced, you might want to put on a Depends before engaging the throttle for the first time!

I just got back on the road from storage today and forgot how damn quick these things are.....particularly compared to the old 156 HP Zed! Trying to find a rear tire pressure that won't squirm when I boot it! Maybe Glenn'll figure it out before Fantino gets 'im.....
