Default Turbo S on Ebay

Anyone know anything about the red Turbo S that was for sale on Ebay recently? The owner was asking around $126k for a fairly low mileage car. Seemed way too good to be true, so I thought I'd better check with you guys. By the way, I don't think the bids reached the reserve. Thanks!

don't know much about this car but 22 k miles is considered high on these cars and would put it out of consideration for a real collector. IMO 126 may be high for this example, hence why it is not sold.
fwiw I would rather have an Andial (like CJs) or a Ruf turbo R (like Niche's old car) for less money.

During the 3 year search for my 993tt I saw 2 S's go up here for around $150K C Danny. $126K looks like not a bad price but agree mileage is way too high for collector. Guess my 8,900 mile baby will also be relegated to daily driver status in a year of so!

For what it's worth, I sold my Silver/Blk Turbo S back in March of last year when things were really bad, had 14,985 miles absolutely perfect, no stories and it sold for $169,500. Not bad considering March was probably the low point in the economy. So I think $126 is a great price for a TTS, assuming there is no stories and PPI check's out ok.

That's what I was thinking as well. However, some more recent info indicates this car may indeed have some stories. I'll probably pass on this one and wait for another.

My thanks to you all for the great input!
