Most of the Andial build is factory parts, RS cams, GT1 turbos, Mahle P&C, GT2 clutch disc. Ollies does all the machining and intercooler work. FVD ECU. Carrillo rods. Techart mufflers. Hydraulic lifters.

The mechinical lifeter cams wouldn't pass emissions and the penalties are very stiff for shops in California moding cars. It was a liability Andial chose not to accept. If you wanted a mechanical lifter cam it was possible for off road use.

The concept of the 3.8 was to create a supercar performance which could be serviced by any porsche dealer or tech. Like many receipes it's more than the sum of the ingredients.

I have in my hand a copy of the invoice on another Andial conversion:
It's 13 pages long, and almost every part has a Porsche part number.

This is an immaculate car. I have witnessed the condition first hand as well. Someone is going to get a great deal here

Do it! The only problem really is explaining to your wife why you want to trade an immaculate 1996 993 turbo to get a 1997 turbo. If any one needs help on that issue I am available as a consultant.

When I get to work on Monday, I'll check the registry and see if they list the colors of the extant conversions. That car might not even exist.

When you consider that a 1998 Targa BTR conversion just sold at Barrett Jackson on Wednesday for 79K, this car is a steal.

Barrett is not its own world...I don't know if what happens there necessarily translates to the rest of the universe...that said, I totally agree that the Andail car is a steal....

Default Andial 993 3.8 Twin Turbo

Just as an fyi for anyone considering this car, we do have a full service history on the car back to day one when the car was bought new.

Included are the receipts from Andial showing the costs of the conversion done and extensive parts lists for what all was done.

Feel free to ping me if you have any questions.
