2 months and love'n it!
I've had my '97 for about 2 months and every time I drive it, I'm amazed at what a great car it is. the car has about 46,000 and is in wonderful condition.
I bought it from a dealer who provided the PPI and 5 years of records (nothing serious). Once home, I had my local pro give it a good look. Everything checks. I would like to try to build as much information as possible on the car - it has had many owners - just to try to have decent records. Any suggestion on how to go about this?
Thanks for the help and I enjoy the Rennlist brotherhood....My wife, however, thinks I am nuts.

I think most of our wives feel the same (I know mine does).
did you check with the Porsche dealer database for records?
did you run carfax? you could contact previous owners and ask them where they had the car serviced and contact those shops.
