Hiya,

I've managed , somehow, to pull the gear stick off my 993TT!!!

Its only the plastic bit you hold, but it doesn't seem to want to 'click' back in over the main gear lever. I'd appreciate some guidance on the best way to fix it

Plastic? You referring to the shift pattern insert or the **** itself?

I've sorted it now thanks to http://p-car.com/diy/handbrake/ , once off, found a rubber bung had twisted!
